February 24, 2013 It took a little more than a month, but now we have finally rehearsed for the first time since 2009. We did some old songs and decided to change the name of the band to SICK OF FUCKEN SHIT, or SOFS. We do this becuse there's a couple of more bands called ABNORM. We currently don't have a bassist, but we hope we will find one soon.. January 20, 2013 Well, I guess it's time to tell you all that ABNORM are going to rehearse again soon. Just a little update.. Since we gave up in 2009 some of the members have been playing with BANAL ANAL and CRYPT OF THE ZOMBIELORD. Marko (guitar in ABNORM) have reunited with his old band RAJOITUS, but he play bass there. Is there any news about ABNORM then? Well, just wait and see, sooner or later I guess.. That's all I can say right now. In other words, keep checking this site once in a while, 'cus if anything happens, we let you know right here. And remember, I haven't promised anything.
